Tour Restrictions: U.S. citizens are required to
have a valid driver's license (or government issued photo I.D.)
for entry to the Laboratory. Non-U.S. citizens (including
permanent residents) must have a passport and visa for
Laboratory entry and complete a copy of NREL’s
Foreign National
Data Card and submit it to
sarah.barba@nrel.gov
by COB, August 19. All tour registrants must be the minimum age
of 18 years old. No children under the age of 18 are allowed.
Pets are not allowed on the NREL grounds. All tour participants
will need to wear comfortable, closed toe walking shoes (no open
toed shoes, sandals or sling backs). They will also need to wear
long pants, no shorts allowed.
Registration for the
conference and tours is not complete until payment is
received. If registering with the printed form, please
make checks payable to CRES. Non-PayPal credit cards must be
Visa or MasterCard only. Please mail the PDF form with your
payment prior to August 14, 2009, to the address on the form.
For registration after August 14, please pay via PayPal or email
the PDF form to
info@cres-energy.org .
On-site registration only on August 28/29th. Registration fees
are refundable, less a $30 processing fee, until August 21,
2008. After August 21, no refunds can be issued.
